SMS Terms of Use

These terms of use apply to SMS - or text messaging - you may receive from Revolve Finance. Please read the Terms of Use carefully before opting in to receive SMS from Revolve Finance. If you do not wish to be bound by the terms of use, you can choose not to opt in.

  1. When you opt in to the service, you will receive a single text message from Revolve Finance to confirm your enrollment. You will not be enrolled to receive SMS unless you confirm. By consenting, you certify, warrant and represent that the telephone number you provided to Revolve Finance is your contact number and understand that consent is not a condition to apply for or maintain an account.
    1. Promotional Marketing Messages: By consenting, you authorize Revolve Finance to deliver sales and marketing text messages (SMS) at the number you provided at opt-in.
    2. Account Notifications: By enrolling in account notifications (i.e. payment reminders and confirmations), you consent to receive recurring account text messages from Revolve Finance at any mobile phone number you provide.
  2. Revolve Finance allows you to manage your SMS preference separately for promotional messages and account notifications. Promotional messages and account notifications will be sent from different numbers.
    1. Promotional Marketing Messages: You can opt out of marketing messages by sending "STOP," "END," "CANCEL," "UNSUBSCRIBE" or "QUIT" confirmation reply as a requirement of the Mobile Marketing Association. Alternately, you may opt out by calling 1-855-587-7858.
    2. Account Notifications: You can opt out of account notification messages by sending "STOP," "END," "CANCEL," "UNSUBSCRIBE" or "QUIT" to the number you receive the messages from. Once you confirm, you will receive a "STOP" confirmation reply as a requirement of the Mobile Marketing Association. Please note that if you reply with one of the opt out keywords, then you will be opted out of all account notifications. If you wish to only opt out of select notifications, you can manage your subscription settings by logging into your account.
  3. If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, reply "HELP." After you send the SMS message "HELP," you will receive a message with instructions on how to use the service as well as how to unsubscribe.
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Account notification frequency will vary based on your card/account activity and your subscription settings. You may receive up to four (4) promotional messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

What this means for you: When you open a card account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, social security number or country identification number, and other information that will allow us to identify you.
